Electra Bicycle Company repurposes plastic found in the ocean to create a simplistic bike basket called the Plasket. The company is the leading bike basket supplier to independent bicycle dealers in the United States. Its latest innovation is a collaboration with Oceanworks, the largest global marketplace for sustainable materials. Each ocean-friendly Plasket snaps on and off the bike handlebars with ease so that users can take their baskets with them wherever they go. Ideal for a quick trip to the local grocer or collecting seashells, the Plasket is available in four vibrant colors, including Mint and Guava. Bikers can easily transport their personal belongings, as its weight capacity is 5 kilograms, while it fits roughly 27 liters of cargo.
